2. Scope and acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale
The purchase of products offered on the website www.anja-paris.com (the "Site") is subject to these general terms and conditions of sale of the Site (the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale"). ANJA PARIS products are exclusively intended for sale to end consumers, whether natural persons or legal entities, to the exclusion of all resellers or intermediaries acting on behalf of resellers. Consequently, the Customer affirms that it is acting as an end consumer and that it does not intend to resell ANJA PARIS products for commercial purposes.
Any order placed on the Site implies full acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by the customer making a purchase (the "Customer").
ANJA PARIS may at any time update these terms and conditions of sale. You can read at any time the version of the General conditions of sale in force by clicking on the link [●]. The General conditions of sale in force at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract are those which are enforceable against you, and which are accessible from the order confirmation email.
In addition, with each purchase of products on the site, it is induced that you accept these general terms and conditions of sale in effect on the date of placing your order. These general conditions are viewable before the order.
3. How to order
The Site allows you to order from ANJA PARIS a selection of ANJA PARIS brand products (the "Product(s)"), immediately online via the Internet for delivery in France and abroad (see Article 8 "Delivery Terms").
The site does not allow to place special orders which consist in particular in the creation of a product not existing or more in the ANJA PARIS collection, or in the adaptation or customization of a product from the ANJA PARIS collections, and in the manufacture of the latter by ANJA PARIS. The present general conditions of sale do not apply to special orders.
4. Product availability
Our offers of products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. Errors or modifications may exceptionally exist, especially in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In the event of an unavailability of product after placing your order, we will inform you by email or by phone as soon as possible, proposing either to order another product presented on the site in lieu, or cancel your order.
ANJA PARIS does not incur any liability in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of products for orders not yet accepted by ANJA PARIS.
ANJA PARIS reserves the right to change at any time and without prior notice the products offered on the site. In order to ensure a better quality of service and availability of our products to all customers of the site, ANJA PARIS reserves the right to limit the quantity of products that can be purchased by a customer, in accordance with the provisions applicable in this respect and in particular those of article L. 122-1 of the French consumer code.
5. Ordering procedure
5.1. Product selection
At any time, you can add products to your selection by clicking on "add to cart", and choose to complete your purchases or continue browsing.
You can view your selection by flying over or clicking on "my cart" in the top right menu where you will see: the photo (s) of the product (s), its colours and reference (s), the selected quantity (s), its (their) unit price (s) and the Subtotal of the selection. You will also be able to choose the country of delivery and the delivery method you prefer, which will calculate the amount of the delivery fee and therefore the total amount you will pay. However, the area and shipping costs can be changed later if you wish, the total amount will be updated accordingly according to your choices.
5.2 Identification
After selecting the product (s), click "check out" to start the ordering process.
You will be prompted to fill in your email address.
The data recorded by the site constitute proof of all transactions between ANJA PARIS and its customers. In the event of a conflict between ANJA PARIS and one of its customers on a transaction carried out on the site, the data recorded by ANJA PARIS are considered as valid proof of the content of the transaction.
5.3. Order validation
5.3.1. Validation of the delivery method
You must, on the one hand, validate your delivery method and, on the other hand, complete the delivery information necessary for the correct dispatch of your order: country of dispatch, civility, first name, surname, telephone and delivery address.
Once this step is complete, click "continue".
5.3.2. Confirmation of payment method and order settlement
You can pick up your shipping address as your billing address or enter another one. You will then be prompted to select a payment method and enter the related information.
At the end of the order process described above, and after having accepted the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of the Site in their entirety, click on the "Purchase" button. The sales contract will then be definitively formed.
You must check the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order. If all efforts are made to ensure that the color and motive of the products whose photos are displayed on the site are true to the original products, variations may occur, in particular due to the technical limitations of rendering colors on your computer equipment. Therefore, ANJA PARIS cannot be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the photographs or graphic representations of the products appearing on the site. Once completed, your order is forwarded to ANJA PARIS for processing.
ANJA PARIS reserves the right not to accept an order from a customer with whom it is in dispute for a previous order, or if ANJA PARIS reasonably believes that this customer has breached these general conditions or that he has engaged in a fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason.
5.3.3. Order confirmation
A summary of your order will then be sent to you by e-mail. The acknowledgement of receipt will show the total amount of the order, information about the cost and delivery time, the essential characteristics, quantity and price of the Products purchased. The Customer formally accepts the use of electronic mail for confirmation by ANJA-PARIS of the contents of the order.
We recommend that you keep this acknowledgement on paper or electronic media.
In accordance with article L. 134-2 of the consumer code, where an order relates to an amount equal to or greater than 120 euros, ANJA PARIS retains the written statement which establishes the contract between ANJA PARIS and a client electronically for a period current from the conclusion of the contract to the date of delivery of the property and for a period of ten years from it (in accordance with Decree 2005-137 of 16 February 2005). You then have access to this document at any time, upon request made to the customer service by sending us an email at the address [email protected] ; and the justification for your identity.
6. Prices - Accepted means of payment
6.1. Prices
The prices of the Products are indicated in Euros, inclusive of all taxes. Except in the case of refunds made (i) when exercising the right of withdrawal or (ii) for lack of conformity or latent defects, ANJA PARIS will not refund the VAT applied to purchases made on the Site (even if the buyer, after receipt, ships the Products back to a country outside the European Union). For sales outside the European Union, customs clearance and the payment of various duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
ANJA PARIS reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice the prices of the products offered on the site. The products are invoiced on the basis of the rates displayed on the site at the time of placing your order, subject to availability of the products ordered at this time.
All orders are payable in Euros and must be paid immediately upon placing your order. In the event of unavailability of certain Products ordered (see article 4 "Product availability"), only the price and shipping costs relating to the Products available will be debited.
6.2. Accepted means of payment
The following payment methods are accepted: credit cards and bank cards (Visa®, MasterCard®) via the secure platform implemented by Payplug and PayPal.
In accordance with the provisions of article L. 132-2 of the monetary and financial code the commitment to pay given by means of a payment card is irrevocable.
Any order made on the site implies the guarantee on the part of the customer that he has all the necessary authorizations to use the means of payment made available on the site.
The shipment of your order takes place only after verifying your payment method and receiving the debit authorization of your card.
The debit of your account will occur at the time of dispatch of your order.
ANJA PARIS does not keep the Bank data of its customers.
7. Reservation of ownership
The products ordered remain the property of ANJA PARIS until the complete collection of the prize by ANJA PARIS.
On the other hand, you assume the risks (including loss, theft or deterioration) regarding the products delivered from the moment they are delivered to the address indicated when ordering.
8. Delivery terms
8.1. Delivery area
Delivery means the physical handover of the Product to the Customer (the "Delivery").
The products purchased on the site can be delivered in France and abroad.
For reasons including safety, ANJA PARIS will not process any orders for which a remaining post, hotel, p.o. box or address Cedex is provided.
The products are shipped to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process.
In the event of an error in the wording of the customer's contact information, ANJA PARIS cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the ordered product (or products).
8.2. Transportation costs
At the time of entering the order on the site, the customer must choose the delivery method and the place of delivery.
The amount of the delivery fee is calculated according to the destination as well as the chosen delivery method.
8.3. Delivery times
For any order placed on the site, ANJA PARIS undertakes to prepare the order of the customers within 24h to 48h (excluding weekends and holidays) and in maximum 10 working days during periods of high activity (Christmas, sales, etc.), being specified that these deadlines from the validation of your order by our customer service.
In case of impossibility to carry out the delivery, ANJA PARIS strives to find a secure place to deposit the product. Failing that, the product is returned to the ANJA PARIS warehouse.
ANJA PARIS also leaves to the delivery address a notice indicating where the product is located and how to proceed with a new delivery. The customer may contact ANJA PARIS customer service to arrange delivery at a later date, by sending us an email to the address [email protected].
When ANJA PARIS takes care of the product's delivery, the risk of loss or deterioration of the product is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery.
In order for these deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as: Street, building, staircase, access codes, names and/or numbers intercom, etc.).
ANJA PARIS shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery not caused by ANJA PARIS or due to force majeure (as defined below). ANJA PARIS also reserves the right to split deliveries. Your credit or debit card will be debited in the same way to correspond to the price of the Products actually delivered. Transport costs will only be invoiced for a single shipment and in accordance with the indications appearing in your order summary.

9. Delivery problems
Any defect or delay in Delivery, in excess of the Delivery times mentioned in Article 8 must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible by sending us an e-mail to the address [email protected]. Any claim made beyond fourteen (14) calendar days after the date of validation of your order will not be considered.
In case of deterioration of the product, the customer must
- Refuse the parcel, which will then be returned directly to sender.
- Make reservations upon receipt of the damaged parcel
- Make a claim on the carrier's website
Without reservation on the part of the consignee, the carrier is not obliged to compensate. The recipient's claim would enrich the claim made by our services.

In case of non-compliance with the delivery deadline, you can cancel the order, simply by email or registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt at the following address:

ANJA PARIS will then be obliged to reimburse you all the sums paid, no later than fourteen (14) days after the date of denunciation of the contract of sale. If you nevertheless receive the product after using this option, you will have to return it in accordance with the return procedure provided for in article 10 below.
You must check the conformity of the Products at the time of Delivery and indicate, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature, any anomalies noted (opened package, damaged product, etc.).
You must then contact customer service by emailing us at [email protected]. In the event of non-conformity of the Products purchased or if you are not satisfied with them, you may return them or request an exchange or refund under the conditions set out in Article "10. Right of withdrawal - returns, exchanges, refunds".
10. Right of withdrawal - returns and refunds 10.1. Right and period of withdrawal
You have a legal right of withdrawal that you can exercise under the conditions provided for in Articles L. 121-21, L. 121-21-1 and L. 121-21-2 of the French Consumer Code, excluding perfume and cosmetic products, if you meet the conditions laid down by these provisions, without having to justify your reasons and without having to pay any penalties.
The General return policy (for any refund request) of ANJA PARIS allows you to withdraw within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the products, without having to justify reasons and without having to pay a penalty. After this period, you will not be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.
10.2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
We offer you the possibility to fill out and submit your declaration of withdrawal by sending us an email at the address [email protected]. You will then receive a confirmation of your withdrawal by email.
You may also, before the expiry of the fifteen (15) day withdrawal period mentioned above, send any other unambiguous statement expressing your wish to withdraw to the following address: ANJA PARIS 5 rue Pierre Guérin, 75016 Paris, France
10.3 Consequences of the right of withdrawal If you exercise your right of withdrawal or if the Product does not conform to the specifications, you may return the product(s) purchased and request a refund under the conditions described in Article 11 below.
11. Returns and refunds
11.1. Return procedure When exercising the right of withdrawal, Products must be returned in their original packaging (with the pouch), in their original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with the hygiene label and accompanied by their purchase invoice or a copy in the case of partial returns.
The return of a Product, in case of a refund request, is free of charge if the place of delivery is in Metropolitan France, except during the Sunny Days period. The return of a Product, in the event of a refund request, is at your expense if the place of delivery is outside Metropolitan France and is at your risk.
To do so, you must send an email to the address [email protected] indicating the reasons why you want to make a return. You will receive within a maximum of one week by email a return voucher to return your order as well as a transport voucher at the expense of ANJA PARIS in case of delivery place in metropolitan France, which you will be responsible for printing.
In the absence of the order return voucher inside the parcel, ANJA PARIS will not be able to refund the returned products.
Products returned incomplete, damaged, damaged, worn or soiled will not be refunded.
11.2. Refund
In case of request for reimbursement, the latter will intervene within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days from the receipt of the product (s) by ANJA PARIS. Once the products received, checked and accepted by our services, the reimbursement, including the standard delivery costs of the initial order, will be carried out according to the same method of payment used when ordering.
Please note, however, that an additional period may be applied by your bank upon reimbursement.
11.3 Gifts ordered from the Site
To the extent that only the bank account of the person ordering the product can be re-credited, only that person can request reimbursement via the return procedure to the site. The customer who purchased the gift will then have to follow the return procedure provided for in article 11.3.
12. Legal warranties
The Products sold by ANJA PARIS are subject to the legal warranties set forth in Articles L. 211-4 to L. 211-13 of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code[A1] , to the exclusion of all other warranties:
- Legal warranty of conformity
ANJA PARIS will deliver to you a Product in conformity with the contract and free from defects of conformity at the time of delivery of said Product, in the sense that the Product will be fit for the use usually expected of a similar good and that it will present the characteristics presented at the time of sale. ANJA PARIS shall also be liable for any lack of conformity resulting from packaging. ANJA PARIS may replace the non-conforming Product. If replacement is impossible within one (1) month of the complaint, or if you make a duly substantiated request, you may request a refund of the price of the Product. This warranty will only apply if you request it within two years of delivery of the goods. Defects of conformity which appear within twenty-four (24) months of Delivery are presumed to have existed at the time of Delivery, unless proven otherwise.
- Legal warranty against hidden defects ANJA PARIS will deliver to you a Product free from latent defects which render it unfit for its intended use, or which so diminish that use that you would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lesser price for it, had you been aware of them. This warranty will only apply if you make a claim within two (2) years of the discovery of the defect. In the event of a latent defect, you will have the choice of returning the Product and having the price and costs of the sale refunded to you, or keeping the Product and having part of the price refunded to you. In all cases, it is up to you to prove that you meet the warranty conditions. In the event of an event of force majeure preventing the execution of these general conditions of sale, ANJA PARIS informs the customer within fifteen (15) days of the occurrence of this event, by email or by letter recommended with acknowledgement of receipt. Expressly, are considered as cases of force majeure or fortuitous cases, in addition to those usually retained by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals, total or partial strikes, lockout, riot, boycotts or other actions of a character industrial or commercial disputes, civil unrest, insurrection, war, bad weather, epidemic, blocking of means of transport or supply for any reason whatsoever, earthquake, fire, storm, flood, water damage, governmental or legal restrictions, legal or regulatory changes in marketing forms, computer failure, telecommunications blocking, including wired or wireless telecommunications networks, and any other case independent of the will of the parties preventing the normal execution of the contractual relationship. All the obligations of the parties are suspended for the duration of the event of force majeure, without compensation. If the event of force majeure is extended for more than three (3) months, the transaction concerned may be terminated at the request of ANJA PARIS or the client without compensation on either side. Failure to pay by the client cannot be justified by a case of force majeure.
13. Limitation of liability
In no event shall ANJA PARIS be liable for any damage that would not result from the failure of ANJA PARIS to fulfil any of its obligations.
14. Miscellaneous provisions
If one or more stipulations of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations will retain all their force and scope. No tolerance, inaction or inertia on the part of ANJA PARIS may be construed as a waiver of its rights under the Terms and Conditions of Sale. 15. Applicable law - Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. However, in accordance with EC Regulation 593/2008 of June 17, 2008, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not prevent ANJA PARIS from complying with a provision that is more favorable to the Customer and from which there can be no derogation by agreement, by virtue of the law where the Customer has his habitual residence. In the event of a dispute relating to the execution of an order, you have the possibility of resorting to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution procedure. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are written in French. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of a dispute, in accordance with regulation no. 44/2001 of December 22, 2000 : - you may refer the matter either to the courts of your place of residence or to the French courts, - ANJA PARIS may bring the matter before the court in the place where you are domiciled. In the event of discrepancies between the French and English versions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the French version shall prevail.

5. Ordering procedure
5.1. Product selection
At any time, you can add products to your selection by clicking on "add to cart", and choose to complete your purchases or continue browsing.
You can view your selection by flying over or clicking on "my cart" in the top right menu where you will see: the photo (s) of the product (s), its colours and reference (s), the selected quantity (s), its (their) unit price (s) and the Subtotal of the selection. You will also be able to choose the country of delivery and the delivery method you prefer, which will calculate the amount of the delivery fee and therefore the total amount you will pay. However, the area and shipping costs can be changed later if you wish, the total amount will be updated accordingly according to your choices.
5.2 Identification
After selecting the product (s), click "check out" to start the ordering process.
You will be prompted to fill in your email address.
The data recorded by the site constitute proof of all transactions between ANJA PARIS and its customers. In the event of a conflict between ANJA PARIS and one of its customers on a transaction carried out on the site, the data recorded by ANJA PARIS are considered as valid proof of the content of the transaction.
5.3. Order validation
5.3.1. Validation of the delivery method
You must, on the one hand, validate your delivery method and, on the other hand, complete the delivery information necessary for the correct dispatch of your order: country of dispatch, civility, first name, surname, telephone and delivery address.
Once this step is complete, click "continue".
5.3.2. Confirmation of payment method and order settlement
You can pick up your shipping address as your billing address or enter another one. You will then be prompted to select a payment method and enter the related information.
At the end of the order process described above, and after having accepted the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of the Site in their entirety, click on the "Purchase" button. The sales contract will then be definitively formed.
You must check the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order. Once completed, your order is forwarded to ANJA PARIS for processing.
ANJA PARIS reserves the right not to accept an order from a customer with whom it is in dispute for a previous order, or if ANJA PARIS reasonably believes that this customer has breached these general conditions or that he has engaged in a fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason.
5.3.3. Order confirmation
A summary of your order will then be sent to you by e-mail. The acknowledgement of receipt will show the total amount of the order, information about the cost and delivery time, the essential characteristics, quantity and price of the Products purchased. The Customer formally accepts the use of electronic mail for confirmation by ANJA-PARIS of the contents of the order.
We recommend that you keep this acknowledgement on paper or electronic media.
In accordance with article L. 134-2 of the consumer code, where an order relates to an amount equal to or greater than 120 euros, ANJA PARIS retains the written statement which establishes the contract between ANJA PARIS and a client electronically for a period current from the conclusion of the contract to the date of delivery of the property and for a period of ten years from it (in accordance with Decree 2005-137 of 16 February 2005). You then have access to this document at any time, upon request made to the customer service by sending us an email at the address [email protected] ; and the justification for your identity.
6. Prices - Accepted means of payment
6.1. Prices
The prices of the Products are indicated in Euros, inclusive of all taxes. Except in the case of refunds made (i) when exercising the right of withdrawal or (ii) for lack of conformity or latent defects, ANJA PARIS will not refund the VAT applied to purchases made on the Site (even if the buyer, after receipt, ships the Products back to a country outside the European Union). For sales outside the European Union, customs clearance and the payment of various duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
ANJA PARIS reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice the prices of the products offered on the site. The products are invoiced on the basis of the rates displayed on the site at the time of placing your order, subject to availability of the products ordered at this time.
All orders are payable in Euros and must be paid immediately upon placing your order. In the event of unavailability of certain Products ordered (see article 4 "Product availability"), only the price and shipping costs relating to the Products available will be debited.
6.2. Accepted means of payment
The following payment methods are accepted: credit cards and bank cards (Visa®, MasterCard®) via the secure platform implemented by Payplug and PayPal.
In accordance with the provisions of article L. 132-2 of the monetary and financial code the commitment to pay given by means of a payment card is irrevocable.
Any order made on the site implies the guarantee on the part of the customer that he has all the necessary authorizations to use the means of payment made available on the site.
The shipment of your order takes place only after verifying your payment method and receiving the debit authorization of your card.
The debit of your account will occur at the time of dispatch of your order.
ANJA PARIS does not keep the Bank data of its customers.
7. Reservation of ownership
The products ordered remain the property of ANJA PARIS until the complete collection of the prize by ANJA PARIS.
On the other hand, you assume the risks (including loss, theft or deterioration) regarding the products delivered from the moment they are delivered to the address indicated when ordering.
8. Delivery terms
8.1. Delivery area
Delivery means the physical handover of the Product to the Customer (the "Delivery").
The products purchased on the site can be delivered in France and abroad.
For reasons including safety, ANJA PARIS will not process any orders for which a remaining post, hotel, p.o. box or address Cedex is provided.
The products are shipped to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process.
In the event of an error in the wording of the customer's contact information, ANJA PARIS cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the ordered product (or products).
8.2. Transportation costs
At the time of entering the order on the site, the customer must choose the delivery method and the place of delivery.
The amount of the delivery fee is calculated according to the destination as well as the chosen delivery method.
8.3. Delivery times
For any order placed on the site, ANJA PARIS undertakes to prepare the order of the customers within 24h to 48h (excluding weekends and holidays) and in maximum 10 working days during periods of high activity (Christmas, sales, etc.), being specified that these deadlines from the validation of your order by our customer service.
In case of impossibility to carry out the delivery, ANJA PARIS strives to find a secure place to deposit the product. Failing that, the product is returned to the ANJA PARIS warehouse.
ANJA PARIS also leaves to the delivery address a notice indicating where the product is located and how to proceed with a new delivery. The customer may contact ANJA PARIS customer service to arrange delivery at a later date, by sending us an email to the address [email protected].
When ANJA PARIS takes care of the product's delivery, the risk of loss or deterioration of the product is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery.
In order for these deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as: Street, building, staircase, access codes, names and/or numbers intercom, etc.).
ANJA PARIS shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery not caused by ANJA PARIS or due to force majeure (as defined below). ANJA PARIS also reserves the right to split deliveries. Your credit or debit card will be debited in the same way to correspond to the price of the Products actually delivered. Transport costs will only be invoiced for a single shipment and in accordance with the indications appearing in your order summary.

9. Delivery problems
Any defect or delay in Delivery, in excess of the Delivery times mentioned in Article 8 must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible by sending us an e-mail to the address [email protected]. Any claim made beyond fourteen (14) calendar days after the date of validation of your order will not be considered.
In case of deterioration of the product, the customer must
- Refuse the parcel, which will then be returned directly to sender.
- Make reservations upon receipt of the damaged parcel
- Make a claim on the carrier's website
Without reservation on the part of the consignee, the carrier is not obliged to compensate. The recipient's claim would enrich the claim made by our services.

In case of non-compliance with the delivery deadline, you can cancel the order, simply by email or registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt at the following address:

ANJA PARIS will then be obliged to reimburse you all the sums paid, no later than fourteen (14) days after the date of denunciation of the contract of sale. If you nevertheless receive the product after using this option, you will have to return it in accordance with the return procedure provided for in article 10 below.
You must check the conformity of the Products at the time of Delivery and indicate, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature, any anomalies noted (opened package, damaged product, etc.).

In the event of non-conformity of the Products purchased or if you are not satisfied with them, you may return them or request an exchange or refund under the conditions set out in Article "10. Right of withdrawal - returns, exchanges, refunds".
10. Right of withdrawal - returns and refunds 10.1. Right and period of withdrawal
You have a legal right of withdrawal that you can exercise under the conditions provided for in Articles L. 121-21, L. 121-21-1 and L. 121-21-2 of the French Consumer Code, excluding perfume and cosmetic products, if you meet the conditions laid down by these provisions, without having to justify your reasons and without having to pay any penalties.
The General return policy (for any refund request) of ANJA PARIS allows you to withdraw within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the products, without having to justify reasons and without having to pay a penalty. After this period, you will not be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.
10.2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
We offer you the possibility to fill out and submit your declaration of withdrawal by sending us an email at the address [email protected]. You will then receive a confirmation of your withdrawal by email.

10.3 Consequences of the right of withdrawal If you exercise your right of withdrawal or if the Product does not conform to the specifications, you may return the product(s) purchased and request a refund under the conditions described in Article 11 below.
11. Returns and refunds
11.1. Return procedure When exercising the right of withdrawal, Products must be returned in their original packaging (with the pouch), in their original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with the hygiene label and accompanied by their purchase invoice or a copy in the case of partial returns.
The return of a Product, in case of a refund request, is free of charge if the place of delivery is in Metropolitan France, except during the Sunny Days period. The return of a Product, in the event of a refund request, is at your expense if the place of delivery is outside Metropolitan France and is at your risk.
To do so, you must send an email to the address [email protected] indicating the reasons why you want to make a return. You will receive within a maximum of one week by email a return voucher to return your order as well as a transport voucher at the expense of ANJA PARIS in case of delivery place in metropolitan France, which you will be responsible for printing.
In the absence of the order return voucher inside the parcel, ANJA PARIS will not be able to refund the returned products.
Products returned incomplete, damaged, damaged, worn or soiled will not be refunded.
11.2. Refund
In case of request for reimbursement, the latter will intervene within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days from the receipt of the product (s) by ANJA PARIS. Once the products received, checked and accepted by our services, the reimbursement, including the standard delivery costs of the initial order, will be carried out according to the same method of payment used when ordering.
Please note, however, that an additional period may be applied by your bank upon reimbursement.
11.3 Gifts ordered from the Site
To the extent that only the bank account of the person ordering the product can be re-credited, only that person can request reimbursement via the return procedure to the site. The customer who purchased the gift will then have to follow the return procedure provided for in article 11.3.
12. Legal warranties
The Products sold by ANJA PARIS are subject to the legal warranties set forth in Articles L. 211-4 to L. 211-13 of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code[A1] , to the exclusion of all other warranties:
- Legal warranty of conformity
ANJA PARIS will deliver to you a Product in conformity with the contract and free from defects of conformity at the time of delivery of said Product, in the sense that the Product will be fit for the use usually expected of a similar good and that it will present the characteristics presented at the time of sale. ANJA PARIS shall also be liable for any lack of conformity resulting from packaging. ANJA PARIS may replace the non-conforming Product. If replacement is impossible within one (1) month of the complaint, or if you make a duly substantiated request, you may request a refund of the price of the Product. This warranty will only apply if you request it within two years of delivery of the goods. Defects of conformity which appear within twenty-four (24) months of Delivery are presumed to have existed at the time of Delivery, unless proven otherwise.
- Legal warranty against hidden defects ANJA PARIS will deliver to you a Product free from latent defects which render it unfit for its intended use, or which so diminish that use that you would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lesser price for it, had you been aware of them. This warranty will only apply if you make a claim within two (2) years of the discovery of the defect. In the event of a latent defect, you will have the choice of returning the Product and having the price and costs of the sale refunded to you, or keeping the Product and having part of the price refunded to you. In all cases, it is up to you to prove that you meet the warranty conditions. In the event of an event of force majeure preventing the execution of these general conditions of sale, ANJA PARIS informs the customer within fifteen (15) days of the occurrence of this event, by email or by letter recommended with acknowledgement of receipt. Expressly, are considered as cases of force majeure or fortuitous cases, in addition to those usually retained by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals, total or partial strikes, lockout, riot, boycotts or other actions of a character industrial or commercial disputes, civil unrest, insurrection, war, bad weather, epidemic, blocking of means of transport or supply for any reason whatsoever, earthquake, fire, storm, flood, water damage, governmental or legal restrictions, legal or regulatory changes in marketing forms, computer failure, telecommunications blocking, including wired or wireless telecommunications networks, and any other case independent of the will of the parties preventing the normal execution of the contractual relationship. All the obligations of the parties are suspended for the duration of the event of force majeure, without compensation. If the event of force majeure is extended for more than three (3) months, the transaction concerned may be terminated at the request of ANJA PARIS or the client without compensation on either side. Failure to pay by the client cannot be justified by a case of force majeure.
13. Limitation of liability
In no event shall ANJA PARIS be liable for any damage that would not result from the failure of ANJA PARIS to fulfil any of its obligations.
14. Miscellaneous provisions
If one or more stipulations of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations will retain all their force and scope. No tolerance, inaction or inertia on the part of ANJA PARIS may be construed as a waiver of its rights under the Terms and Conditions of Sale. 15. Applicable law - Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. However, in accordance with EC Regulation 593/2008 of June 17, 2008, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not prevent ANJA PARIS from complying with a provision that is more favorable to the Customer and from which there can be no derogation by agreement, by virtue of the law where the Customer has his habitual residence.
