During the sales period, returns are at your expense. You can register your return on this link. A deduction of 6.95€ will be made on your refund or credit.

Returns

You can of course return your order for a credit note or a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. All we ask is that your swimsuit have to be returned in its original packaging and condition with the ANJA kit. Unfortunately, if your bathing suit is stained, deteriorated or without the hygienic protection label, we will not be able to take it back.

You can now register your return by clicking here ! You will then receive an email with all the information you need to return your package, as well as a return form if your order was delivered in France or Belgium. During the Sunny Days period, returns are not free of charge.

For France and Belgium :

Of course, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days via this link. But, we ask you to help us to manage the flow of stocks more quickly. For that nothing better than a little motivation:

Before 7 days from the delivery the return costs are free.
Between 7 and 14 days: we will deduct 1,95€ from your refund or credit.

Warning: Returns outside France and Belgium are at your expense, as well as any customs fees that must be paid in advance, at the risk of the package being returned to you. We advise you to use DHL which allows you to anticipate the payment of these fees and to opt for a shipment with tracking.

For the Christmas period, we are extending the return period. You can return your items until 31 January, in exchange for an exchange or a credit note.
